Questions clinicians ask us

Who prepares my note?
Your own VHA, a real person with a nursing or medical background, organizes what you captured into a note. It’s the same person every time, so she learns your patients and your phrasing. Then you review, edit and sign. Your VHA never assesses, charts on your behalf, or signs.
Is a bot writing my notes?
No. A real person reads exactly what you captured and prepares the note. Our system helps with things like reading a wound measurement, and you confirm it.
How long until my note comes back?
Submit by 8 PM. Your note comes back within 12–24 hours, ready for you to review and sign.
How long does my part take?
About a minute for a routine visit once you’re familiar with it, and about 10–15 minutes for a Start of Care.
What if I forget something?
Add it from the app before the cut-off, including more recordings. If something’s missing, your VHA asks you instead of guessing.
What language can I use for Say?
Whatever you’re comfortable with. Give report the way you’d hand off to a colleague.
